Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, dear Readers and music lovers (English version please scroll),
hoffentlich geht's Euch auf den letzten Metern dieses Jahres gut und Ihr seid gesund und optimistisch!
Das letzte Jahr war ja alles andere als leicht!
Zunächst: Ein dickes Dankeschön für Euren Support im letzten Jahr!
Ich habe mich so lange nicht bei Euch mit einem Newsletter gemeldet, dass ich ein ganz schlechtes Gewissen habe.
Aber zu meiner Entschuldigung kann ich sagen: ich war sehr fleißig und habe im Hintergrund viel gearbeitet und geschrieben.
Fast könnte man meinen, mein Aktionismus sei blind - aber weit gefehlt!
Ich denke, er hat sich gelohnt.
Und das ist eben meine Strategie, das Ausgebremst-Sein zu überstehen:
ich muss etwas tun.

Außerdem bin ich mit dem Newsletter "umgezogen" und lerne gerade wieder mal neue Software und Tools kennen. Ich hoffe, dieser erste Letter beim neuen Anbieter funktioniert reibungslos.

Zum Glück habe ich eine VA (Virtuelle Assistentin) engagiert, die mir schon sehr geholfen hat und Gold wert ist :-))))! Sie erklärt mir wie es geht und ich lerne dazu.

Ich wünsche Euch allen schöne Weihnachtstage und eine geruhsame Zeit zwischen den Jahren, um auszuruhen und neue Kraft zu tanken!
Den Computer werde ich jetzt erstmal einige Tage nicht öffnen und mich erholen von der intensiven Arbeit am Bildschirm.
Für meinen Chor, die Gentle Voices in Salzgitter, habe ich ein virtuelles Chorprojekt initiiert und ein Splitscreen-Video produziert. Das inzwischen fünfte in dieser Coronazeit.
Ich werde immer schneller, aber brauche immer noch viel Zeit beim Videoschnitt.

Im nächsten Newsletter werde ich Euch berichten, was als nächstes für Projekte anstehen. Es gibt nämlich gute Neuigkeiten: Ich habe das Gema-Stipendium bekommen und eine Förderung vom Land Niedersachsen für ein Projekt in 2022 wurde bewilligt. Juchuuuu!
Die Schreibtischarbeit und das Anträge-Schreiben haben sich endlich mal gelohnt! Was genau das inhaltlich sein wird, erfahrt Ihr bald... Habt eine gute Zeit, fröhliche Weihnachten und viel Spaß beim Lesen des Logbuchs!

Hopefully you are well on the last meters of this year and you are healthy and optimistic!
The last year was anything but easy!
First of all: thanks for your support last year!
I have not contacted you with a newsletter for so long that I'm feeling really bad about it.
But to my excuse I can say: I have been very busy and have worked and written a lot in the background.
One could almost think that my actionism was blind - but far from it!
I think it has paid off.
And that's just my strategy for getting through being sidelined:
I have to do something.

Luckily I have hired a VA (Virtual Assistant) who has already helped me a lot and is worth her weight in gold :-))))! She explains to me how to do it and I learn.

I will not open the computer now for a few days and recover from the intensive work on the screen.
For my choir, the Gentle Voices in Salzgitter, I have initiated a virtual choir project and produced a split screen video. By now the fifth one in this Corona period.
I'm getting faster and faster, but still need a lot of time editing the video.

There is good news:
I got the Gema grant and a grant from the state of Lower Saxony
for a project in 2022 was approved.
Yay!
The desk work and the writing of applications finally paid off!
